Northwest Roofing began in 1997 as a small remodeling and new construction contractor.
In 1999, we began our roofing services division: Northwest Roofing. Since that time, Northwest Roofing has been helping families and businesses in Western NC with dependable roofing and improvement services.
We began our business with the thought that if we focused on the goal of helping to solve our client’s roofing problems, whatever those may be, we would be successful.
In addition to re-roofing existing homes and commercial buildings, we also offer for both residential and business customers, emergency roofing services when problems arise from storm damage such as roof leaks, ice and snow, high winds, tornados, hail, or wind-driven rain.

Steve Stamey is the owner of Northwest Roofing and our Lead Project Manager. He plays an active and pivotal role in the business. He has extensive training in Roofing and Insurance Restoration Claims. His honesty, dedication, reliability, and hard work make him the perfect manager for our team.

Steve Garland has an extensive sales management background of 30+ years of experience in serving customers. He has an eye for detail and he will ensure your roofing installation goes as smoothly as possible.

Steve and his wife Marcia reside in Taylorsville and have two adult children Lance and Taylor. When he is not helping a homeowner you may find him out hiking or trout fishing.
John Rogers

John Rogers strives to deliver a positive experience to every customer. He has many different experiences spanning across many different industries. His ability to work under pressure and execute what has been promised to the customer has been an asset to him.
In John's free time, he coaches soccer, attends his son's sporting events, and spends time with his wife and family.
Tim Lackey

Tim Lackey is a proven operation, production, and project manager. He has years of extensive customer service experience. Some of the customers he has served are Borg Warner, GM, Ford, and Chrysler. He has served on the Alexander County School Board as well as a PTO President and a Recreation Coach for 20 years in Alexander County. He is committed to helping homeowners achieve their desired home improvement outcomes.
